🧑For Riders

How do I book a ride?

Download the Auvia-Dlivri app, sign up with your phone number, enter your destination, choose a vehicle type, and confirm. Your driver will arrive in minutes.

What vehicles can I book?

Cars (saloon and SUV), motorbikes, and tricycles. For longer routes you can also book a seat on a scheduled bus.

How do I pay?

You can pay with Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money) or cash directly to the driver.

What if my driver cancels or doesn't show up?

Auvia-Dlivri will automatically find you a new driver. There is no cancellation fee for the first 5 minutes after booking.

Can I track my ride?

Yes. The app shows your driver's live location from the moment they accept your trip until you arrive.

Can I share my trip with someone?

Yes. In the active trip screen, tap "Share Trip" to send a live tracking link to a family member or friend.

What if I left something in the vehicle?

Go to your trip history, find the trip, and tap "Report Lost Item". We will contact the driver on your behalf.

Is Auvia-Dlivri available 24/7?

Driver availability depends on demand. During peak hours (6–9am, 4–8pm) you will find the most drivers online.

🚗For Drivers

How do I sign up as a driver?

Download the Auvia-Dlivri Captain app, register with your phone number, and upload your Ghana Card and driver's licence. Driver approval takes 1–2 business days. After that, register your own vehicle in-app (or wait for a fleet to invite you and assign you one). Each vehicle is reviewed separately before it can be used for trips.

How much can I earn?

Most drivers earn GHS 80–200 per day depending on vehicle type, hours worked, and location. There is no cap on earnings.

How does Auvia-Dlivri make money?

Auvia-Dlivri takes a small service fee per completed trip. You always see your net earnings before accepting any ride.

How and when do I get paid?

Earnings are paid out weekly to your Mobile Money wallet (MTN, Vodafone, or AirtelTigo).

Can I reject rides I don't want?

Yes. You can decline any ride request. Declining too many in a row may temporarily reduce your trip visibility.

What if a passenger doesn't pay?

For cash trips, always collect payment before the passenger exits. For Mobile Money, payment is confirmed before the trip ends.

What vehicles does Auvia-Dlivri accept?

Cars (saloon, SUV, pickup), motorbikes, tricycles, minibuses, buses, and large coaches. Every vehicle must have a valid registration certificate, insurance, and roadworthy certificate. You can register multiple vehicles and pick which one you are driving each time you go online.

What if I have an issue with a passenger?

Use the in-app emergency SOS button. Our ops team monitors all active trips and will contact you immediately.

🏢For Fleet Owners

What is Auvia-Dlivri Fleet?

Auvia-Dlivri Fleet is a B2B dashboard for companies with multiple drivers — taxi companies, corporate transport, bus operators. It gives you live vehicle locations, earnings analytics, and driver management.

How do I register my company?

Visit fleet.auvia.business and complete the 3-step registration form. Your account will be verified by our team within 1–2 business days.

How much does Auvia-Dlivri Fleet cost?

Plans start at GHS 150/month for up to 10 drivers (Basic). Standard is GHS 400/month for 50 drivers. Enterprise pricing is available for larger fleets.

How do I add drivers to my fleet?

From your fleet dashboard, enter any driver's phone number. They will receive a notification in the Auvia-Dlivri Captain app and can accept or decline.

Can drivers still take personal trips outside my fleet?

Yes. Drivers are independent contractors. Your fleet dashboard shows trips they complete while opted in to your fleet.

🛡️Safety

How does Auvia-Dlivri verify drivers?

Every driver submits a Ghana Card and driver's licence at sign-up, and separately registers each vehicle with its registration, insurance, and roadworthy certificate. Our operations team manually reviews both the driver and every vehicle before either can be used.

What is the SOS feature?

Both the rider and driver apps have a one-tap SOS button. Pressing it immediately alerts your emergency contacts with your live location and trip details.

What happens if I feel unsafe during a ride?

Tap the SOS button immediately. Your location is shared with your emergency contacts and our 24/7 safety team.

Are my personal details shared with drivers?

Drivers see your first name and profile picture only. Your phone number is masked during calls made through the app.
