By downloading, installing, or using the Dlivri application ("App") or any related web services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dlivri ("we", "our", or "us"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Dlivri is a technology platform that connects passengers with independent transportation providers ("Drivers") for on-demand rides and scheduled bus route bookings. Dlivri is a technology intermediary only — we are not a transport company and we do not provide transportation services directly.
Drivers on the Dlivri platform are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or partners of Dlivri. Dlivri does not guarantee the availability of transportation at any given time or location.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@dlivri.app if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are associated with abuse of the platform.
When you request a ride, you are making an offer to a Driver to provide transportation services at the fare displayed. The booking is confirmed when a Driver accepts your request.
Fares are calculated based on distance, time, vehicle type, and prevailing demand. The estimated fare is displayed before you confirm a booking. Final fares may differ from estimates due to actual route taken, traffic, or waiting time.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement.
Your safety is our priority. The App includes an Emergency SOS feature that allows you to alert our safety team during an active trip. This feature should only be used in genuine emergencies. In life-threatening situations, always contact Ghana Police (191) or Emergency Services (999) directly.
Dlivri reserves the right to share trip information with law enforcement in response to safety incidents or legal requests.
After each trip, both riders and drivers are invited to rate each other. Ratings are used to maintain service quality. Persistently low ratings may result in account suspension. Ratings must be genuine and reflect your actual experience — submitting false ratings is a violation of these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by Ghanaian law:
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Dlivri platform are owned by or licensed to Dlivri. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Dlivri content without our express written permission.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may close your account by contacting support@dlivri.app. We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to other users or the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at support@dlivri.app.
